Your first visit is our chance to make a first impression that will leave you feeling as though you just stepped into a close friend's home. You will be quickly greeted by Dr. Rob himself or one of his staff. We try our absolute hardest to ensure no one has to wait for service.
After filling out the necessary paperwork, Dr. Rob will join you in the exam room. A series of questions will be asked so he can determine whether or not you are a candidate for his specific type of chiropractic treatments to address your problem. Once he collects the information he needs on your past and present medical history, Dr. Rob will then perform the physical exam. Each exam is specific to the patient's complaints and can vary on the objective tests performed. Once this is complete, Dr. Rob will decide if it is necessary to X-ray your spine. Dr. Rob does not do routine X-rays! You will then be asked to schedule a follow-up visit where Dr. Rob will answer the following questions:
- Can chiropractic help you?
- Where is the problem and how bad is it?
- What's it going to take to fix it?
- How much will my out-of-pocket cost be?
It's just that simple!
The first visit can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the severity of the condition and amount of tests needed to be performed. We use the first visit to only gather information on your current health crisis - not sell you a bunch of care.
